2018 #STPPSFootball: Week 4 Scoreboard

It was a big Friday night for STPPS football teams as six teams notched victories during Week 4 of the regular season.

Pearl River (4-0) and Lakeshore (4-0) remain the lone undefeated teams in St. Tammany Parish. The Rebels are 4-0 for the first time since 2008 after a 42-19 win over Riverdale. A year after their first trip to the Superdome, the Titans’ offense continues to roll following a 62-20 road win at Loranger.

Salmen (1-3) notched its first win of the season with a 27-18 home win over Bogalusa. Slidell (2-2) bounced back from last week’s heartbreaking loss, scoring 26 straight points for a 26-7 win at Hammond.

Northshore (2-2) was unable to catch a break as St. Paul’s led from start to finish in Covington. Edgerrin Cooper tallied four touchdowns – including the eventual game-winner – as Covington (2-2) held off the Ponchatoula Green Wave on Homecoming.

In the nightcap, Fontainebleau (2-2) and Mandeville (0-3) traded scores all night, but the Bulldogs ultimately came out on top. Fontainebleau stopped Mandeville on its attempted game-winning two-point conversion attempt to snag an overtime win on the Skippers’ home field.
