Twenty-eight STPPS athletes signed National Letters of Intent to play sports at the college level during Wednesday's National Signing Day.
Seven of the eight STPPS schools had at least one athlete sign, including 10 at Covington High.
Five athletes are headed to Division I FBS programs - Covington's Devin Brumfield (Utah), Mandeville's Malcolm Johnson (UNLV), and Salmen trio of Eddie Smith (Alabama), L.J. Leonard (Southern Miss) and Garrett Crawford (Southern Miss).
They joined the eight STPPS athletes that signed during the Early Signing Period in December.
