Employees ::..The School System is the largest employer in the parish, now employing about 5,000. Of this number, approximately 3,000 are teachers. Currently, almost half have a Master's or higher Degree. The average experience for educators in the System is 15.25 years. The System has one of the lowest ratios of administrators to teachers in the state. |
