Teacher

Teaching applications are accepted year round. Teacher vacancy information can be provided only to those that have a complete certificated application on file by contacting Amy Ortiz at (985) 898-3278.

Only certificated vacancies that are part of an extended program (longer than nine months) are advertised online.

An annual teacher placement fair is held in late May/early June. This event is by invitation only! An invitation is extended to applicants that have a complete, teacher, guidance counselor, or speech therapist application on file by May 1st. A complete application includes two answered electronic reference questionnaires, and all required documentation based on the chart below. Those that have a complete application on file after the deadline will be considered for vacancies that become available after the placement fair.
