Starting salary will be based on degree and experience.  This is a twelve (12) month position. Qualifications for this position are: U.S. citizen or authorized alien; eligible for certification as Child Nutrition Program Supervisor by the Louisiana Department of Education; excellent organization and communication skills; and physical and mental stamina and ability to perform job functions, tasks and duties.  Eligibility for certification, as outlined in Bulletin 746, includes a master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning, required graduate and/or undergraduate course work in specialty area of Food Service or Nutrition, and three years of successful experience in eligible specialty area. An annual teacher placement fair is held in late May/early June.  This event is by invitation only!  An invitation is extended to applicants that have a complete, certificated application on file by May 1st.  Those that have a complete application on file after the deadline will be considered for vacancies that become available after the placement fair.

2019 Certificated Job Fair

The 2019 Certificated Job Fair will be held June 3rd - June 5th, 2019 at Fontainebleau High. The event is by invitation only. All applicants must report to Fontainebleau High in the auditorium for registration between 12:30 and 2:00 pm and a mandatory applicant meeting will be held at 2:00 pm. Interviews will be held June 4th and June 5th by appointment only.
